Not wanting to risk losing my new-found readership, I decided to post more frequently when I could and not make it only a Saturday thing. At least for now. So bear with me or read it only on weekends.
Those who are looking forward to the trip to Goa promised in the blurb, will have to wait for one more chapter, I'm afraid. The characters haven't left Chennai yet. And I hope it's worth the wait. Because I love Lemon Salt Soda. After gym, or a long walk, or even without any excuse, a lemon salt soda is the best fizzy drink under the sun. According to me, anyway. I ask for it at the juice shop, I make it at home, and I write about it. Which proves that I love it.
Here's the recipe. Remember to keep stirring it, if you don't finish it in a single gulp, to sustain the fizziness. For a change, try lemon salt coke or lemon salt any-soft-drink. The story has Somasundaram Damodaran, a fellow with a signature worthy of a doctor's. Only So and Da are recognizable and so SoDa. |
